The name Cailleach (pronounced kall-yukh) comes from Celtic mythology, where she is the wise woman of the land, a crone goddess tied to nature, transformation, and the turning of seasons. I use that seasonal and transformational thinking to coach individuals through career progression and leadership development and to facilitate change in organisations.
